🚀 Orders
How long does it take to receive my order?
Each item is made especially for you after you place your order.
Typical production time is 2–5 business days, followed by shipping.
Estimated delivery:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
During holidays or peak seasons, orders may take a little longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every item is custom-made shortly after your order is placed, we can only make changes or cancellations if production has not started.
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we'll do our best to help.
Can I order multiple items?
Absolutely! You can order as many items as you'd like. If your order contains products made at different production facilities, they may arrive in separate packages.

What are your shirts made from?
We carefully choose high-quality garments from trusted brands such as Bella + Canvas, Gildan, Rabbit Skins, and others depending on the product.

How do I choose the right size?
Please review the size chart included with every listing before ordering.
If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Will the colors look exactly like my screen?
We do our best to accurately represent every design.
However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, phone screens, and the printing process.

Is this a good gift?

How should I wash my shirt?
Turn the garment inside out, machine wash cold with similar colors, use mild detergent, tumble dry low or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
🚚 Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
We're happy to ship to many countries around the world.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours after shipment to begin updating.
If your tracking hasn't moved after several days, please contact us and we'll gladly investigate.
My package says delivered, but I don't have it.
Please:
- Check around your home or mailbox.
- Ask neighbors or family members.
- Contact your local post office.
If you're still unable to locate your package, reach out to us and we'll help determine the next steps.

Do you accept returns?
Since each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered
- Buyer's remorse
- Color preference changes

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
