Thank you for shopping with Meta Galactic Gifts! We want you to love your order. Since many of our items are made-to-order, we have a few important guidelines listed below.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size ordered
  • buyer’s remorse
  • changed mind after purchase
  • incorrect color/style selected at checkout
  • normal wear and tear

✅ Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

To request help, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item issue
  • photos of the packaging (if possible)

Once approved, we will offer a replacement at no cost to you.


Lost Packages / Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • please check with household members/neighbors
  • check your mailbox/front desk
  • contact the carrier

If you still cannot locate it, reach out to us and we will assist you with next steps.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled or changed.

Refund Eligibility

Because our items are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds for:

  • buyer’s remorse
  • incorrect address provided
  • delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • incorrect color/style selected at checkout

Refunds for Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photo proof of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following:
Replacement (most common)
Refund (if replacement is not available)


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.


Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
