Processing Time (Order Handling)

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
This processing time includes order verification, production (if applicable), quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

During high-volume seasons (such as holidays, promotions, or new launches), processing times may take slightly longer.


Shipping Time (Transit Estimates)

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other unexpected issues beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the website if active.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the label is created.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for:

  • delayed delivery

  • lost packages

  • packages returned to sender

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed, please allow extra time for delivery, especially during peak shipping seasons. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will gladly help you investigate the issue with the carrier.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item(s)

  • photos of the packaging (if possible)

We will review your request and work with you on a replacement or resolution.
